Abstract
The article presents information related to biology teaching. How teachers should teach biology to students depends fundamentally on a teaching or learning situation. Improvement in certain psychological facts can be productive for teaching or learning procedure. There are two states of human mind: objective and subjective. The product of the mind in the subjective state gets its quality from the procedure in the related, objective state. The difficulty with all teaching comes out in the recitation or examination i.e. the products of pupil minds in the subjective state. Most teachers feel that the major portion of the problem is a phenomenon of the objective state of pupils' minds. The attitude of the mind in the objective state is inquisitive. It leads to investigation and it is evident that few inquiries are completed one interrogative question.
