Abstract
The author reports on the launch of the electronic journal "Clinical Medicine: Psychiatry," published by Libertas Academica. The author offers information on the topics that the journal will cover including research and commentary articles about the types and aspects of mental condition and psychiatric diseases. The author notes that the online publication will also invite and accept studies related to cultural issues, epidemiology and nosology.
