Abstract
The article presents a study on Andinomys edax's population distribution in northwestern Argentina. It notes that A. edax can be found in few records with no potential distribution map for the species. It mentions that distributional data of A. edax were gathered from field work via captured specimens, owl pellet samples, and study of museum specimens. It adds that seven environmental variables were utilized to create the distribution model. It reveals that the model suggests that A. edax is primarily distributed in more humid eastern montane ranges in the region.
