Abstract
The article presents a structural analysis of four substituted 2-aryl-1,4-epoxytetrahydro-1-benzazepine that was conducted by researchers from the Universidad Industrial de Santander, Colombia, and the University of St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland. The four compounds were synthesized for the purpose of determining new antiparasitic compounds that are active against parasites like Trypanosoma cruzi and Leishmania chagasi.
