Abstract
The article reports on the Circo children's booster seats that were recalled by Target. The booster seats were recalled because the seat restraint buckle can easily open which can make the child fall from the chair and be injured. The seats were exclusively sold at Target stores around the U.S. from December 2008 through June 2009 with manufacture date codes XJ0811, XJ0812, XJ0901 and XJ0902.
