Abstract
The article focuses on the efforts of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) to establish reasonable standards for monitoring compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules. The goals of the NAAC is to provide guidance to compliance administrators and those charged with evaluating and overseeing athletics departments. The NAAC Reasonable Standards Committee will be chaired by Kate Hickey, senior associate athletics director at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
