Abstract
The author focuses on the status of international emissions trading between developing countries. He claims that an international effort to address global warming will not be effective without the participation of the developing countries. He discusses the main human activities to be blamed for the increase of greenhouse gasses (GHGs) in the atmosphere. He also notes that the developing countries cannot be left out of GHG emissions reform due to the high level of its emissions.
