Abstract
The article reports on the discovery of a large hoard of Iron Age Armorican coins by archaeologists on agricultural land at Laniscat in central Brittany, France on December 17, 2007. The excavation was conducted by France's National Institute for Preventive Archaeology (INRAP). It is noted that the coins were apparently minted in the first part of the 1st century BC by the Osismii tribe of West Brittany.
