Abstract
The article presents a case of a coronary artery aneurysm evaluated with computer tomography (CT) angiography (CTA) and catheter angiography in a 30-year-old man with a infero-posterior wall myocardial infarction. Based on the multidetector CT (MDCT) angiogram, the proximal right coronary artery (RCA) has good opacification. Some of the causes of coronary artery aneurysm are Kawasaki's disease and infectious arteritis. It concludes that MDCT is a reliable technique to diagnose the condition.
