Abstract
The article discusses the study on epidermal keratinocytes in a mouse in three-dimensional organotypic coculture with dermal fibroblasts, which has formed a stratified sheet resembling skin. A description of an organotypic model of mouse skin is presented in the study. The result states that the mouse organotypic coculture is useful in studying epithelial cell-mesenchymal cell interactions in vitro.
