Abstract
The article discusses the use of Divine Praises to negate the influence of both blasphemy and profanity. Divine Praises is a prayer that counteracts profanity. It is a litany that accompanies Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. The author explains that everyone can restore the usefulness of the Divine Praises while continuing to keep its tone of praise. And the only way to do this is to teach young adults to follow this prayer to minimize the use of vulgar languages. INSET: The Divine Praises.
