Abstract
The article assesses the available evidence associated with the treatment of colon cancer in the elderly. Older patients must be offered with a wide range of therapeutic options for colon cancer. It was found that it is possible to conduct cooperative studies directing older patients. It was also observed that carrying out of a comprehensive geriatric assessment in a cooperative group study setting is also possible.
