This article introduces infant twins Nick and Nate Draper who were born with a rare fatal heart condition known as dilated cardiomyopathy. The brothers were brought to the Intensive Care Unit at Mattel Children's Hospital at the University of California in Los Angeles, where Nick received a heart transplant. Nate was placed behind his brother in order of donor recipients due to bleeding in his brain, which has since stopped, but at the time did not make him a viable recipient. Nick and Nate's mother and father are searching for a second donor to save their other son. INSET: Losing Jordan.
