Abstract
The article "Justice at Last" recounts the harrowing experience of two sisters and their friend who were kidnapped, raped, and left for dead by the Indiana Slasher in 1975. Despite enduring severe physical and psychological trauma, the survivors fought for nearly five decades to identify their attacker. In 2024, using DNA evidence, police finally identified the perpetrator as Thomas Williams, who had died in 1983. The survivors expressed a sense of closure and forgiveness, grateful that the perpetrator could no longer harm others. [Extracted from the article]
