Abstract
The article focuses on the ethical and social aspects of precision medicine initiatives, particularly Genomics England and the All of Us Research Program, emphasizing the need for equity in the distribution of benefits. Galasso identifies upstream exclusionary factors, including both objective and subjective barriers, and highlights downstream issues related to the accessibility of interventions resulting from precision medicine, such as cost and access.
