Abstract
The article stresses the importance of research to address the health inequalities of Indigenous people in urban areas in Australia. Topics mentioned include the factors that contributed to the urbanization of Indigenous people, the key reasons for poor service of health care centers in urban areas, and a description of the key elements of the Birthing in Our Community Model.
