Abstract
The article advocates for the building of local climate health equity into a resilience hub framework to address community needs and improve social determinants of health. It discusses challenges and opportunities for building climate health resilience such as aligning health efforts with policies. It proposes the use of place-based resilience hubs in neighborhoods to provide benefits in services and programming, communications, building and landscape, power systems, operations and maintenance.
