The article presents the discussion on the case study of 72-year-old male with elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) with negative prostate biopsy. Topics include RARC is not only a safe and effective procedure compared to laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) and ORC, but also leads to lower rates of blood loss and transfusions; and followup cystoscopy demonstrated multiple bladder tumors along the right lateral wall and inter-trigone region.
