Abstract
The article provides information on the common but ill-defined symptom of fatigue, examining its subjective and objective components. It discusses the challenges in defining and measuring fatigue, explores the physiological underpinnings of fatigability, and proposes a hypothesis that the cerebellum may modulate both fatiguability and fatigue perception.
