Abstract
The article discusses developments relating to trust and estate planning around the world as of November 2023. Topics discussed include the introduction of new text in the French civil code which relates to forced heirship, a policy statement issued by the Hong Kong, China government on developing family office businesses and amendments to the Israeli Tax Ordinance.
