Abstract
The article emphasizes the impact of jet lag on travelers, especially after long-haul international flights. Jet lag occurs due to a misalignment between one's circadian rhythm and the new time zone and it can lead to various undesirable symptoms. To mitigate these effects, travelers are advised to use strategies like adjusting their sleep patterns, using light therapy and potentially taking melatonin, depending on the direction of travel.
