Abstract
The article presents selected abstracts from the 36th Annual Gravens Conference on the Environment of Care for High Risk Newborns, with a focus on resiliency and change in the NICU. Topics include the impact of noise within isolettes on newborns, a quality improvement project regarding the suitability and efficacy of diaper wipes in the NICU, and the need to identify impediments to a quiet environment and ventilator settings that produce disruption.
