Abstract
The article reports that Maryland Supreme Court's decision in the case of Doe v. Catholic Relief Services on August 14, 2023, ruled that the religious exemption in the state's Fair Employment Practices Act prevents claims of discrimination based on religious, sexual orientation, and gender identity by employees of religious organizations .
