Abstract
A new report from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests that more than half of US adults surveyed believe sound levels at music events should be limited to reduce the risk of hearing loss. The report revealed that over 75 percent of the 4,514 non-institutionalised adults surveyed agreed that warning signs should be posted if sound levels were potentially hazardous.
