Abstract

I Results: i We studied cytoplasmic TRBC1 expression in eight childhood TALLs (median age = 6 years), 12 adult TALLs (median age = 25 years), and 4 T-ALL MRD samples. I Conclusion: i Our study demonstrates that flow cytometric immunophenotyping of surface and cytoplasmic TRBC1 can aid in detection of abnormal blasts in T-ALL cases and has a high potential in T-ALL MRD monitoring.
