Abstract
I Materials and Methods: i Flow cytometric immunophenotyping was performed to study the expression pattern of CD244 on normal cells and leukemic blasts using 10- to 13-color panel. NK cells express CD244 and can be distinguished from T-blasts which are negative for CD244 ( I p i < 0.0001).
