Abstract
In the article, the authors discuss their study to assess issues regarding prosecutorial misconduct in justice administration. Also cited are some cases of misconduct by prosecutors like tampering of evidence, the Innocence Project launched by Peter Neufeld and Barry Scheck in 1992 to address wrongful convictions, and how judges perceived prosecutorial misconduct and acts of prosecutorial discretion.
