Abstract
The article reports that Deoxyribonucleic acid DNA double-strand breaks which burdened the neurons by microglia activation through antiviral-like signaling and cause neurodegeneration. It describes the mechanism of the activation process and various factors associated with it. It highlights the unidentified role of neurons in the mechanism of disease-associated neuroinflammation.
