Abstract
The article discusses long-term complications that may increase mortality and morbidity and decrease quality of life (QoL) in testicular cancer survivors (TCS). Topics discussed include Chemotherapy as an integral component in the management of advanced TC, Nephrotoxicity from cisplatin due to tubular cell injury and damage to the renal vasculature; and Bleomycin pulmonary toxicity (BPT) after chemotherapy.
