Abstract
The article presents the discussion on expanding prenatal genetic testing (ePGT) in the US. Topics include requiring the involvement of a physician attesting to the patient's suffering; addressing the concerns ensuring longer-term consequences not including a widening of health disparities; and forcing sterilization policies targeting the already marginalized, reinforcing systemic racism, sexism, and ableism.
