Abstract
An institution in Turkey described that most of the CCP donors were replacement donors due to difficulties in recruiting voluntary donors. Several respondents expressed concerns of CCP donors on their health post-COVID-19 illness and their worries that CCP donations could affect their immunity to reinfection (South Africa; India; Hong Kong). International Forum on the Collection and Use of COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma: Protocols, Challenges and Lessons Learned: Summary In Australia, the use of the same timeframe of acceptance post-recovery for CCP and WB donors allowed the utilization of donated CCP units for regular transfusion, if not meeting the required criteria for CCP.
