Abstract
The article describes the case of a 25-year-old male patient with complaints of burning sensations of his feet whose symptoms progressed into a decreased sensibility in both legs, together with loss of strength. Topics discussed include information on his past medical history, findings on neurological and laboratory investigation, and a pitfall in detecting vitamin B12 deficiency in general.
