Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way organizations function. It has paved the way for remote working, which comes with the challenge of continuous tracking and integration. A lot of emphasis has been taken by organizations to track their key performance indicators at the management level. Now, with the changing business scenarios and dynamic requirements, is the right time to provide digital capabilities to people at the operational level and promote decisions backed by data and analytics at the ground level.
