Abstract
The article focuses on Retrospective study of clinical outcomes in patients with Stage IV HER2+ breast cancer undergoing primary breast surgery . Topics discussed include Advances in chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, and HER2-neu directed therapy have improved outcomes for metastatic breast cancer; and HER2/neu-positive (HER2+) breast cancer was considered a very aggressive subtype with poorer prognosis and decreased overall survival.
