Abstract
The article focuses on school psychologists have had to adapt to the evolving requirements to stay safe and protect our students, so have National Association of School Psychologists and state associations. Topics include the successful strategies for state associations in engaging members during the crisis, the crisis situations can lead to new ways of doing our work and lead to growth and change, and the business world regarding how innovation can evolve may be helpful for state associations.
