Abstract
Sir, A novel coronavirus causing respiratory illness was first confirmed in India on February 29, 2020 from Kerala State and within a couple of months, cases were reported from all over the country[[1]]. Here we report a case of co-infection with SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A H1N1 virus in an elderly patient from Bengaluru, India. The transmission mode and clinical presentation are similar to that of influenza A viral infection, and both these viruses are prevalent all over the country[[2]],[[3]],[[4]].
