Abstract
Hence, a diagnosis of I strongyloidiasis i hyperinfection syndrome with superadded bacterial infection was made. Dear Editor, Cancer patients are prone to opportunistic and atypical infections owing to immunosuppression [[1]]. Cancer and post-HSCT patients might not produce adequate cytokines (e.g., IL 4/5/10/13), eosinophils, and IgE levels to fight against I strongyloidiasis stercoralis i infection due to immunosuppression and immunomodulation.
