Abstract
The article presents a case study of has an 83‐year‐old man with a history of nonischemic cardiomyopathy with a left ventricular ejection fraction of 25%, sick sinus syndrome, and aortic stenosis treated with bioprosthetic aortic valve replacement. Topics include the episodes terminated spontaneously by a premature ventricular complex; and ventricular safety pacing has a safety feature that has built‐in to pacing devices to prevent inappropriate inhibition of ventricular pacing.
