Abstract
The article focuses on Corporate Advisory Boards (CABs) which offer a growth-focused small to medium enterprise (SME), or a listed company with specific skill requirements. Topics discussed include CABs generally provide an additional strategic resource to the incumbent directors and a sounding board for management; and they focus on the strategic initiatives, organizational development and financial vision of the company.
