Abstract
The article discusses that the mentoring helps the mentee to feel fortified and empowered to navigate his/ her way through sometimes complex career pathways. It mentions that the mentors feel empowered by the process of giving and sharing time, expertise, guidance, encouragement, and support when and where needed to smooth the path toward the mentee's career objective.
