Abstract
The article offers information on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development's (OECD)Programme for International Student Assessment test which were created by the OECD in the late 1990s as a way to track student performance in reading, mathematics, and science, with the intent to bolster learning in disciplines that support global economic competitiveness for industrialized nations. It also mentions about Neoliberal education reforms continue to cross jurisdictional boundaries.
