Abstract
B Background: b Different focal lesions including benign tumors, primary malignant tumors and metastasis from other organ malignancies frequently affect the liver. 19 died, 8 lost of follow-up. 60 patients (65,9%) underwent one segment resection, 21 patients (23,1%) underwent hemihepatectomy and 7 patients (7,7%) had multiple segment resections. Morphological findings revealed that the most freaquently-operated pathology was liver metastasis (n=40), followed by primary malignant liver tumours in 26 cases and benign lesions in 25 cases.
