Abstract
The article discusses about hybrid text as a genre for English/Language Arts teachers to be used as a mentor text and to combine fiction and nonfiction text in the classroom. Topics includes definition of hybrid text as paired text. Features of hybrid text includes use of variety of font, motif and Illustrative chronology. It also compares hybrid text as mentor texts.
