Abstract
The article presents a case study of conjoined twining of Symmetrical female xypho-omphalopagus who were born by elective C-section at 332/7 weeks gestation to a healthy 24-year-old gravida 3, para 2 woman. It mentions conjoined twining as a rare medical phenomenon, with an overall prevalence and describes a successful separation of xypho-omphalopagus conjoined twins complicated by unbalanced blood shunting through the porto-systemic anastomoses.
