Abstract
We evaluated model specification with Akaike Information Criteria (AIC), discrimination with C-statistics, and calibration with Hosmer-Lemeshow test (HL) in both training and validation dataset(year 2017). Then we included provider and practice variables in the logistic regression model (full model) and re-calculated AIC, C-statistics, and HL p-value. The full model had AIC 3591, C-statistics 0.66, HL p=0.14 for training dataset and C-statistics 0.66, HL p=0.47 for validation dataset. [Extracted from the article]
