Abstract
Highlights • Sampling is based on snow-ball method which is a type of none-probability sampling. • Just volunteers have participated in this research. • We are not allowed to generalize data produced by this method of sampling. • Farm and flock prevalence aren't related to the Salmonella detection in the eggs. • The rate of Salmonella detection in egg contents is different from the stated one.
