Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 71-year-old male who was presented to the emergency department with chest pain, foregut obstruction and dyspnoea. He was diagnosed with sliding hiatal hernia and parahiatal defect. The article discusses the laparoscopic mesh repair done and posterior fundoplication performed on the patient.
