Abstract
The article offers information on a report on integrated neglected tropical disease control from 2006-2016 from the Global Burden of Disease. Topics discussed include declines in the prevalence and disease burden; data on helminth infections such as ascariasis, trichuriasis, and lymphatic filariasis; and concept of rapid impact helped to drive new pro-poor policies.
