Abstract
The article presets a case study involving a 27-year-old white male with a 7-year history of chronic bilateral intermediate uveitis versus panuveitis and associated glaucoma. It notes that difluprednate 0.05% dosed every 2 h failed to control inflammation in the left eye. It adds that Iluvien implantation was performed in the left eye three weeks later after which the patient's visual acuity, subjective visual quality, and macular edema improved markedly.
