Abstract
The article discusses efforts of the European Asthma Research & Innovation Partnership (EARIP) towards research and development of asthma. It mentions issues concerning lack of coordination within the asthma innovation pathway resulting in lack of effective treatments for people with asthma. It also highlights role of EARIP to bring together clinical researchers with healthcare technology firms, patient representative groups and healthcare systems organizers.
